Sćo Paulo, July 11, 2012 - - Rossi (BM&FBovespa: RSID3;
OTC: RSRZY), one of Brazil's leading residential real estate
developers, announces preliminary data for launches and
contracted sales in the second quarter and first half of
2012.
Highlights
? Launches of R$ 751 million (Rossi's
Share), up 46% from 1Q12;
? Contracted Sales¹ of R$ 682 million
(Rossi's Share), a 7% increase from 1Q12.
? Sales speed (SoS) registered 18%.
