SAO PAULO--Brazilian real estate developer Rossi Residencial (RSID3.BR) laid off 100 employees as part of its efforts to reduce fixed costs, financial newspaper Valor Economico reported in its Tuesday edition.
The company cut jobs as it reduced its geographic presence in Brazil to reduce costs, said the report, which didn't unveil where it got the information or the total number of employees of the company.
Rossi officials weren't immediately available for comment.
