Rossiyskiye Seti : Rosseti integrates management at IDGC of Center and IDGC of Center and Volga Region

Rosseti PJSC has decided to pursue integrated management at its subsidiary structures IDGC of Center PJSC and IDGC of Center and Volga Region PJSC, assigning the top management of IDGC of Center and Volga Region to the General Director of IDGC of Center, Oleg Isaev.

This measure is aimed at improving the operational and financial performance of the two companies, reducing operating costs, and ensuring reliable supplies of electric power for all customer categories.

'Today's economic conditions demand that we make swift and decisive decisions on the path towards forming a truly integrated company for the purposes of improving the management quality of the grid complex as a whole,' said Rosseti PJSC General Director Oleg Budargin in commenting on the situation.
