Rossiyskiye Seti : "Rossetti" and the French company EDF signed a road map for the modernization of the training center for the power industry in the Leningrad region

On Friday, June 2, 2017, first Deputy Director General of PJSC 'Rosseti' Roman Berdnikov and Director General of Électricité de France (EDF) International Marlin Bassette signed the road map on the modernization of the training center of PJSC 'Lenenergo' (member of 'Rosseti' Group) in the Leningrad region.

Educational complex 'Tervolovo' will be improved with the purpose of the personnel training process on the basis of existing systems and complexes of power grid equipment developed on the basis of the latest technologies in the power sector, including the management of intellectual networks.

The document sets the updated plan of intellectual training center until 2019. The main task is to organize a unified software and hardware complex of management of its infrastructure. Then it is planned to introduce additional functions, including the creation of a hybrid modular system for autonomous power supply, stand elements of digital and virtual substation protection equipment, and robototronics.

Agreement on realization of joint project on modernization of the training complex of PJSC 'Lenenergo' and the creation of a target working group to implement the project was reached during the meeting of CEOs in Paris on January 24, 2017, and the signed Memorandum of understanding between PJSC 'Rosseti' and EDF.
