21/03/2017: Change of year end

Paris, 21 March 2017

Rothschild & Co announces that it will to change its financial year end from 31 March to 31 December. This will allow its subsidiaries to be aligned with the financial year end required for its banking regulated entities in France.

The current accounting period will continue to be for the 12 months to 31 March 2017 but the following accounting period will be for the nine months to 31 December 2017 with the results for this nine month period being published in March 2018.

The half year results for the six months to 30 September 2017 will be published, as usual, in November 2017.
