A new three-part BBC documentary filmed over nine months at the NatWest branch in Huddersfield is coming to UK TV screens next week.

Employees and customers have been involved in the filming, which began in June last year.

Les Matheson, CEO for Personal & Business Banking explains why the bank decided to become involved with the project: "One of the best ways to build trust is to be more open and transparent. We've made a conscious decision to do that by allowing the BBC to film this 'behind the scenes' documentary. There's always an element of risk with this kind of programme but I'm confident it will fairly represent the challenges our frontline teams face every day and the fantastic work they do for our customers."
