Supplemental Prospectus of The Royal Bank of Scotland plc €25,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by RBS Covered Bonds Limited Liability Partnership dated 28 April 2017 (the 'FurtherSupplemental Prospectus').

The Supplemental Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the supplemental prospectus dated 20 March 2017 (the 'Previous Supplemental Prospectus') and the prospectus dated 19 December 2016 (the 'BaseProspectus', together with the Previous Supplemental Prospectus and the Further Supplemental Prospectus, the 'Prospectus').
