(NYSE, OSE: RCL) today declared a $0.05 increase in the quarterly cash dividend to $0.30 per common share payable on October 2, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 22, 2014. This move, which was approved unanimously at the board's September 9th meeting reflects the company's continuing efforts to increase shareholder returns.

Today's actions represent a 20% increase to the previous $0.25 per common share dividend level. "Dividends continue to be an important component of total shareholder return," said Richard D.
