• On 25 June 2016, Royal Mail will participate in Pride in London for the first time
  • More than 100 colleagues will take part, either travelling on Royal Mail's Pride-themed float or walking in a procession behind

For the first time, Royal Mail is taking part in this year's Pride in London parade on Saturday 25 June, 2016. The parade takes place in support of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) colleagues, and their friends, family and supporters.
On the day, a Pride-themed Royal Mail float will join the parade. Royal Mail employees and their supporters will be wearing red T-shirts with the company's new Pride slogan 'delivering with Pride'. An imitation rainbow postbox will be displayed on the float.
As one of the UK's biggest employers, Royal Mail is committed to putting equality and diversity at the heart of its business.
