RSA Platinum Broker Leadership Programme awarded CII accreditation

The RSA Platinum Broker Leader Programme has received accreditation by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).

The ground-breaking Platinum Broker Leader Programme is unique in the insurance industry, supporting future leaders from RSA's platinum broker partners through an intensive, seven-month course covering major business themes with an insurance broking focus.

Brokers are matched with a mentor from RSA to act as a supportive sounding board as well as providing a fresh, objective perspective. RSA mentors also learn from the brokers' experiences, building closer working relationships while developing their own coaching and leadership skills.

The CII is a leading professional organisation for insurance and financial services and completion of the Platinum Broker Programme contributes towards the CII members' Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programme.
