RSA UK awarded Living Wage employer accreditation by the Living Wage Foundation

RSA, one of the UK's largest insurers, has been accredited by the Living Wage Foundation as a Living Wage employer.

The company has been paying the Living Wage for many years, but is now pleased to receive this official recognition.

The Living Wage commitment will see everyone working at RSA in the UK, regardless of whether they are permanent employees or third-party contractors and suppliers, receive a minimum hourly wage of £8.45, or £9.75 in London&mdsh;reflecting the higher cost of living in the capital and taking wages significantly over the national minimum wage of £7.20.
