Verdant Minerals Ltd, formerly Rum Jungle Resources Limited, is engaged in the exploration and evaluation of fertilizer minerals (in particular phosphate and sulfate of potash). The Company is engaged in the exploration of other minerals in northern and central Australia. It has a portfolio of projects that includes the Ammaroo Phosphate Project, a portfolio of Sulphate of Potash projects and the Dingo Hill Silica Project. The Ammaroo Phosphate Project is located in the southern Georgina Basin. The Brunchilly Project consists of over three contiguous phosphate ELs east of Bootu Creek Manganese Mine near Tennant Creek. The Patanella Phosphate Project on EL 24716 is a rock phosphate deposit on the opposite side of the Georgina Basin. Its projects also include Burge Bore Phosphate Project, Karinga Lakes Project, Lake Mackay South Potash Project, Weedens Phosphate Project, Lake Amadeus Potash Project, Lake MacDonald Potash Project, Lake Frome Potash Project and Dingo Hole Silica Project.
