Evaluation of new listing venues continuing; shares in Ruric will likely not be listed on any listing venue for a certain period following First North delisting

Som tidigare har meddelats kommer Russian Real Estate Investment Company AB (publ) ("Ruric" eller "Bolaget") att avnoteras från NASDAQ OMX First North. Den sista dagen för handel kommer att vara 9 maj 2014. Styrelsen i Ruric utvärderar fortfarande olika alternativ till en fortsatt notering av Bolagets aktier på en annan marknadsplats. Mot bakgrund av var processen står idag bedömer styrelsen i Ruric att det kommer att följa en viss period efter avnoteringen där Rurics aktier inte kommer vara föremål för handel på någon marknadsplats.
As previously communicated, Russian Real Estate Investment Company AB (publ) ("Ruric" or the "Company") will be delisted from NASDAQ OMX First North. The final date of trading on NASDAQ OMX First North will be 9 May 2014. The Board of Directors of Ruric is still in the process of evaluating various options for the continued listing of the Company's shares at another listing venue following the delisting of the Company's shares from NASDAQ OMX First North. Given where the process is as of today, the Board of Directors of Ruric estimates that there will be a certain period following the delisting from NASDAQ OMX First North where the shares of Ruric will not be traded on any listing venue.
