RWE Aktiengesellschaft herewith discloses to repurchase the following volumes of notes on the basis of the tender offer published on 26 September 2017:
EUR 268,320,000 of the EUR 550,000,000 Subordinated Notes with a First Call Date in 2025 (ISIN XS1219499032),
USD 182,640,000 of the USD 500,000,000 Subordinated Notes with a First Call Date in 2026 (ISIN XS1254119750) and
EUR 161,049,000 of the EUR 700,000,000 Subordinated Notes with a First Call Date in 2020 (ISIN XS1219498141).
The aggregate principal amount of the repurchased hybrid bonds equals an amount of approx. EUR 584.61 million.
As the maximum acceptance amount for the repurchase has been reached, tendered GBP 750,000,000 Subordinated Notes with a First Call Date in 2019 (ISIN XS0652913988) have not been accepted for repurchase by RWE Aktiengesellschaft.
