The project stretches over three plateaux with a total combined aerial extent delineated of approximately 30 square kilometers and is adjacent to the 600 million ton Mount Nimba iron ore project. Its Lubu Coal Project covers approximately 19,240 hectares of the Karro Mid Zambezi coal basin in the Hwange mining district in north-western Zimbabwe. The Lubu Coal Project has an initial modeled in-situ seam tonnage of approximately 790 million tons. The Company owns an interest in the 16,545 hectare Lubimbi Coal Project in the Gwaai area of the Kariba Coal Basin.
