Sabre : Loganair announces distribution agreement with Sabre to drive regional growth

GLASGOW, Scotland - Aug 22, 2017 - Scottish regional carrier Loganair has extended its market reach and customers now have easier access to its fares through Sabre Corporation 's (NASDAQ: SABR) travel marketplace. The move will enable the airline to increase its traveller base and build its reputation as an independent airline.

The re-launch marks the start of a new phase for Loganair, which ceased its franchise agreement with Flybe this month. As of mid-August, thousands of corporate and leisure travel agents across Europe now have the ability to purchase Loganair's fares through the Sabre Red platform.

The airline is relied upon by the public sector and local businesses; it already provides a vital service to the Scottish Health Board, transporting its staff between regional bases across the country. It also plays a key role in the timely delivery of mail, operating a crucial night flight service for Royal Mail.
