Sacyr Industrial and Nervion Industries joined forces to create the joint company Sacyr Nervion SACYR INDUSTRIAL, a Sacyr group company that carries out EPC projects and services for infrastructures and industrial facilities, particularly those related to the Oil&Gas sector, and NERVION INDUSTRIES, Engineering and Services S.L., a company whose main activity consists in providing erection services and industrial maintenance and applied engineering in different specialties, have joined forces and created the company SACYR NERVIÓN, S.L.

with an investment of 50% each, in order to cooperate on the tender, awarding and execution of projects related to: 

• Comprehensive repair services from all kinds of storage tanks, anywhere in the world. 

• Provision of all kinds of maintenance services in refineries or other Oil&Gas related facilities, as well as other selected industrial maintenance and erection projects. 

The new company SACYR NERVIÓN will have the excellent references and execution resources of Nervión Industries and the important international management capacity of Sacyr Industrial, focusing initially on the markets and/or customers where both partners have a significant influence capacity. 

Sacyr Industrial is an affiliate of the Sacyr group, developing engineering and industrial construction projects in the oil and gas, electrical infrastructure, power plants and waste management sectors. It is present in Australia, United Kingdom, Bolivia, Colombia, Mexico and Peru, in addition to Spain. NERVIÓN INDUSTRIES Engineering and Services S.L., is a company whose main activity consists in providing industrial maintenance and erection services as well as applied engineering in different specialties. NERVIÓN INDUSTRIES has a headcount of over 1,300 persons and in the last year has started a process of organic and corporate expansion and has boosted its internationalization process, reinforcing its position in the market and doubling its project portfolio. In July 2014, Springwater Capital acquired a majority stake in the capital of the company.
