The industrial subsidiary has projects in the UK, Australia, Colombia, Peru, Mexico and Bolivia

Sacyr Industrial consolidates its presence in Mexico having been awarded the construction of two electrical substations in the state of Puebla (Mexico) for $14 million (€13 million).

The contract, awarded to the Sacyr Industrial-led consortium by the Federal Electricity Commission (Comisión Federal de la Electricidad), includes the construction and installation of two electrical substations of 400/230 kV and 525 MVA. This project will upgrade the Tecali and Puebla II electrical infrastructures, in the state of Puebla, in order to meet the area's new energy demands.

Sacyr Industrial is forging ahead with its expansion strategy in worldwide industrial activity where it already operates in Australia, the UK, Bolivia, Colombia, Mexico and Peru, in addition to Spain, through various projects in the sectors of oil & gas, electrical infrastructures, energy plants and waste treatment plants.
