SACYR SELLS 49% OF PARLA AND COSLADA HOSPITALS (MADRID) FOR 90.2 MILLION EUROS Madrid, 17 March 2014.- Sacyr has sold 49% of its shares in the concession- holding companies of the Parla and Coslada (Madrid) hospitals, in which it will maintain a 51% share, to the Lloyds LBEIP fund for an amount of 90.2 million Euros.

Sacyr is providing the non-healthcare services to these sites, two of the network of concessionary hospitals of the Community of Madrid, for a 30 year term.
The Henares hospital (Coslada, Madrid) which entered into operation in 2007, has a surface area of 80,000 m2 with 187 in-patient beds that will be extended to 239 in 2017; and the Infanta Cristina hospital (Parla, Madrid), which entered into operation in 2007, has 180 in-patient beds that will be extended to 247 in
2017 and a surface area of 77,000 m2.
This operation is part of the strategy of Sacyr Concesiones to find financial partners to maximize the profitability of assets and provide capital for the development of greenfield projects, a sector in which the company is a global leader.

The LBEIP Fund
