CERTIFICATION

This certificate accredits compliance with the internationally recognized standard in accordance with National Accreditation Agency (ENAC) criteria

Miguel Heras Dolader, Sacyr's Corporate Director General, was presented with the certificate for successfully passing the external auditing of its Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with Standard OHSAS 18.001:2007 by Álvaro Rodríguez de Roa, the Deputy Manager of SGS Certification and Business Enhancement in Spain. This certificate accredits compliance with the internationally recognized standard in accordance with National Accreditation Agency (ENAC) criteria

A total of 42 locations were visited during the audit process, where around 2,300 people work in the group's fifteen national companies which have this certification. Likewise, several subsidiaries in Peru, Chile, Colombia and Panama are currently involved in a second certification phase, which will finish before the summer.

The Occupational Health and Safety Management Unit, part of the Corporate General Management Unit, took the decision to change both auditing company and type of audit, choosing an internationally renowned company such as SGS and an overall multi-site certification which covers both national and international companies. This has also brought a reduction in the time and cost involved in this process.
