About the Lawsuit

SAIC, Inc. and certain of its senior executives are charged with issuing materially false and misleading statements, during the Class Period, in violation of federal securities laws.

On August 31, 2011, after the close of normal trading, shares of SAIC declined substantially after the Company revealed that it was "probable" that SAIC would have to make restitution to New York City for wrongful conduct that occurred in connection with its CityTime project. While the Company refused to quantify the exact amount, it stated that a loss related to the CityTime project was expected to be significant.
