SAINT GOBAIN : Saint-Gobain To Raise Stake In SAGE Electromics To 100%

French glass maker Compagnie de Saint-Gobain SA (SGO.FR) Wednesday said it has agreed to raise its stake in U.S.-based specialty glass maker SAGE Electromics Inc. to 100% for an undisclosed amount.
According to its website, Saint-Gobain bought 50% of SAGE Electromics in late 2010.
