Saipem SpA : Saipem Names Stefano Goberti As CFO To Replace Giulio Bozzini

Saipem SpA (SPM), Europe's biggest oil services company by market value, Thursday said it has appointed Stefano Goberti as chief financial officer to replace Giulio Bozzini.
In a statement, Saipem said Goberti was Eni SpA's (E) executive vice president of planning and control. Bozzini will replace Goberti at Eni, which controls Saipem.
Goberti's new role at Saipem will start Friday, it added.
