Reference is made to the announcement of Sands China Ltd. (the "Company") dated July 26, 2016 in which it was stated that the Company plans to open its new property, The Parisian Macao, on September 13, 2016.

The board of directors of the Company is pleased to announce that on September 2, 2016, Venetian Macau Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, received approval from The Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau of Macau (the "DICJ") to commence operations at The Parisian Macao on September 13, 2016.

The DICJ has authorized 150 new table games for operation at The Parisian Macao. Of those, 100 new table games have been authorized for operation on September 13, 2016, 25 new table games have been authorized for operation on January 1, 2017 and 25 new table games have been authorized for operation on January 1, 2018. The DICJ also approved 1,614 slot machines for operation at The Parisian Macao.
