SAN JOSE, Calif., June 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Sanmina-SCI Corporation (NASDAQ GS: SANM) is calling today for redemption on July 23, 2012 all of its 8.125% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2016 (the "Notes"). The aggregate principal amount of the Notes currently outstanding is $150.0 million. The CUSIP number for the Notes being called for redemption is 800907 AK3. Upon redemption, holders of the Notes being redeemed will receive $1,027.08 per $1,000 principal amount of Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest on the Notes being redeemed to, but excluding, the redemption date.

The redemption is anticipated to be funded through borrowings under the Company's credit facilities and other financings.
