The Board of Directors of Sansiri Public Company Limited in its meeting # 12/2017 held on 15 December 2017 has approved the following resolutions:

1. To approve the resignation from the member of the executive committee, i.e. Mr. Somchai Charntanawet and Miss Natthaluck Sakulpoonyapond, effective from 1 January 2018 onwards.

2. To appoint Mrs. Arunporn Limskul and Mrs. Sirindra Mongkolnavin as the member of the executive committee to fulfill the position vacated earlier, effective from 1 January 2018 onwards.
