EAC INVEST A/S Santa Fe Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Paterson to the position of Group Chief Operating Officer.
Kevin joins Santa Fe from Exertis, an Information Technology and Services Organisation, where he held the role of Chief Operating Officer. Kevin brings significant depth of experience in key areas such as Supply Chain Management, IT Implementation and transformation programmes, global operational and process management, acquisition integration, and even a stint as HR Director.
Over the past 20 years, Kevin has built a broad career working in global organisations including Unilever, EMI Records, Vodafone, Hewlett-Packard, the Universal Music Group and Dixons Carphone. His achievements stand out:
At Vodafone, he lead the transformation of the operation, leveraging Six-Sigma and Lean to integrate the multiple acquisitions and reduce operating cost, He also designed and implemented a "customer journey operating model" to improve the customer experience, and led the deployment of a new IT blueprint to replace existing legacy systems.
At Universal Music Group, he designed and implemented a new operational infrastructure with a global shared service model across operations and customer service, and delivered a 35% reduction in the annual operating costs.
At Dixons Carphone, he led the opening of over 200 new retail stores within three months following the Dixons and Carphone merger.
