We are excited to announce that the Santa Fe Group has acquired 100% ownership of Sino Santa Fe or Santa Fe China. Santa Fe China will change from a 50/50 joint venture company to a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Santa Fe Group. This agreement for full ownership is part of our 2020 Strategy to be the pre-eminent leader in our industry and it reinforces our long-standing commitment to China.

We are grateful and appreciative of the support and partnership from China International Engineering Consulting Corporation (CIECC) over the past 30 years since the establishment of Sino Santa Fe in March 1985. Sino Santa Fe has been one of China's most successful joint ventures in any industry and without CIECC's contribution, our China business would not enjoy the market leadership position it does today.

The enormous change that Santa Fe has seen in China over the past four decades is an incredible part of our organisation's history and one that we strongly value. This is where our expertise in emerging markets fully developed, and we are honored to have been the first fully licensed international relocation company to serve customers in this dynamic landscape. Sharing our unique knowledge to help people and companies thrive continues to be our passion.

As Patrick White, Santa Fe CEO for APAC, Middle East and Africa shares, 'I began my career with Santa Fe in China in the mid-1980's and am incredibly proud of what we have achieved. China takes time to learn and understand. We have worked through the challenges that others may not know even exist.'

Our nationwide network and unparalleled coverage provide support for our customer's mobility needs end to end: from Assignment Management, to Immigration Services and Relocation Services. We believe this market is still poised for further growth and our willingness to continue to invest shows our deep commitment.

Santa Fe looks forward to this next phase and the continued evolution of our China story. In pursuit of continuous improvement and innovation, Santa Fe remains focused on enhancing our service capabilities in support of our customers.
