Here is the latest information in our continuing efforts to keep you up to date with the Trump administration impact on immigration.

After the first meeting between President Trump and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, it appears that the labor mobility provisions of the NAFTA Agreement as they relate to Canada and US will not be restricted in any way. While there may be some minor 'edits' related to specific trade arrangements, the labor mobility provisions appear very secure.
