She has worked across different countries and industries (financial advisory, construction, oil & gas and logistics support) for over 12 years in all functions of Human Resources. Elie Matta

Procurement Vice President, Mars

Over the last 10 years, Mr Matta has held several strategic roles at Mars including: Supply Chain Executive, Leadership, Packaging, FMCG, CPG & Retail Sales Distribution; GCC Procurement Director & Global Strategic Sourcing Director; Regional Human Resources Manager and Regional Commercial Manager. Mr. Mattastrategically sources and manages a large regional and global material spend. Kamalasen Chetty

Senior Director - Global Sourcing, Visa

Prior to relocating to the UAE, Mr. Chetty held various supply chain roles in the Oil and Gas, Financial Services, Logistics and Technology Sector. More recently, Mr. Chetty implemented Nokia's strategic sourcing strategy within Africa, and for the past 4 years has been building a team of strategic sourcing professionals to implement and manage a strategic sourcing framework for Visa Inc across Central Europe, Middle East and Africa in both direct and indirect categories.

Suman Jacob

Procurement Lead, Accenture Middle East

Suman Jacob is currently responsible for Accenture's annual spend in Middle East, Turkey and Greece Entities. Mr. Jacobs has 18+ years experience in Supply Chain Management and 16 years of extensive Gulf experience in all aspects of procurement. His strengths include supplier sourcing, evaluation, selection, negotiation and management of local and international suppliers.

Kemal Kayasoglu

Head of Purchasing for Packing Materials, Henkel India, Middle East & Africa

A mix origin of Turkish/Syrian, Mr. Kemal started his professional career 9 years ago in Supply Chain division within Henkel Syria. Mr. Kemal has worked across different purchasing categories (packaging, raw materials, services, external manufacturing) over the past years and has spent 2 years in Cairo focusing on Laundry & Home Care packaging prior to his move to Dubai. Currently he is leading the packaging purchasing across all 3 business units of Henkel for IMEA covering 15 countries. Apart from his purchasing career, Mr. Kemal has a passion for HR and is a functional ambassador supporting HR in recruitment and talent acquisition of purchasing professionals.
