On Saturday, July 14, SAP brand ambassador Angelique Kerber overcame Serena Williams in straight sets (6-3, 6-3) to take her first Wimbledon Women's Singles Title.

'Today is the most beautiful day of my tennis career,' Kerber told reporters from German Television after the match. 'A childhood dream has come true for me.'

With her triumph in Wimbledon, the German tennis star jumped from 11th to 4th in the WTA world ranking of female tennis players.
