In the position, she is responsible for all SAP sales to the federal government, including the Department of Defense, federal civilian agencies, homeland security, state and local governments, defense and security firms, and higher education institutions. In this role, Morgan is tasked with expanding SAP's leadership in the U.S. public sector, a key growth industry for SAP. She will report to Pat Bakey, senior vice president and general manager of Strategic Industries, SAP North America.

"Jen's innovative leadership style combined with a relentless focus on execution has produced a track record of outstanding success across a wide range of leadership assignments, all of which will position her to further expand SAP's growth in the public sector." said Bakey.

Prior to that, she was a client manager at Accenture and primarily oversaw the implementation of a human resources modernization to over 20,000 Civil Service and Foreign Service personnel at the United States Department of State.
