- sale of software packages (81.1%): software for financial management, human resource management, customer relations, purchasing, etc. The group also provides maintenance services;
- consulting services (15.1%);
- other (3.8%): mainly training services.
Net sales break down geographically as follows: Germany (14.6%), Europe/Middle East/Africa (31.5%), the United States (27.5%), Americas (10.1%), Japan (4.9%) and Asia/Pacific (11.4%).
