SAPMER HOLDING board of directors, which met December 16th, 2014, appointed Mr. Jacques de Chateauvieux as Chairman and CEO and Mr. Adrien de Chomereau as Deputy CEO of the company. Mr. Christian Lefevre and M Henri de Chateauvieux have been appointed as Director.
SAPMER S.A. board of directors, which met December 17th, 2014, appointed Mr. Adrien de
Chomereau as CEO of the company, in replacement of Mr. Yannick Lauri.
The Board of Directors decided the appointment of Mr. Yannick Lauri as Chairman of SAPMER S.A., in replacement of M. Jacques de Chateauvieux.
The Board also took note of the resignation of Mr. Christian Lefevre and Mr. Henri de Chateauvieux as Directors. Mr. Adrien de Chomereau has been appointed Director of SAPMER S.A. This appointment will be further ratified at the next shareholders' meeting.
SAPMER is strengthening its ability to conduct its development in accordance with the values that have made its history.

SAPMER is the historical deep-sea fishing operator in the waters of the French Southern and Antarctic Territories (TAAF) based on the island of Reunion.
