Savills, on behalf of Brand Energy and Infrastructure Services, has sold 51-81 Liverpool Street in Birmingham to Cardboard 4 Cash Ltd for £631,000. 

The site, which comprises 1.73 acres (0.7 hectares) of open storage land plus 3,100 sq ft (288 sq m) of warehouse space and 1,471 sq ft (137 sq m) of office space, is located 0.5 miles south east of Birmingham city centre. 

Charles Spicer, associate director of industrial at Savills, comments: "With demand for industrial stock outweighing supply in the region's thriving market, it is no surprise that this site generated so much interest and went to best bids, resulting in the strong sale price achieved.

Cardboard 4 Cash was unrepresented.
