The Harewood Estate, represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has let space at Harewood Yard in Leeds to Vale Bridgecraft and Websters Interior Design Associates.

The firms have both agreed new five-year leases on converted barns in the estate's thriving office quarter. Vale Bridgecraft has signed up for a 1,945 sq ft (181 sq m) unit, while Websters will occupy a 1,561 sq ft (145 sq m) unit.

Harewood Yard offers 50,000 sq ft (4,645 sq m) of business space within the countryside surrounding Harewood House. It is owned by the Harewood Estate, which manages the extensive grounds including the conservation of its historic buildings and the protection and development of wildlife habitats.

Patrick Cater, associate director in the office agency team at Savills, comments: "Harewood Yard provides contemporary office accommodation in tranquil surroundings. Occupier interest has increased significantly since the introduction of the new biomass heating system, which provides an EPC rating of A, as well as the introduction of fibre optic broadband connectivity."

Vale Bridgecraft and Websters were unrepresented.

Savills is also the managing agent at Harewood Yard.
