Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate services firm, announces two promotions in Chicago in order to support the expansion of its capabilities and recruitment of top talent in the region's thriving commercial real estate market.

Robert Sevim will be promoted to Executive Vice President and Co-Head of the Chicago office along with Eric Feinberg, who will be promoted to Senior Vice President. John Goodman, Joe Learner and Rick Schuham, each Executive Vice President, will continue to serve on the Chicago Region Management Committee.

"As Savills Studley experiences unprecedented growth under our enhanced global platform, it is critical for us to attract the top talent in the industry, enhance our collaborative environment, and, importantly, to acknowledge and advance the emerging leaders in our firm who have proven themselves through dedication and outstanding client service," says Savills Studley President, Michael Colacino. "Our current leadership in Chicago has successfully served and grown our business in this key market for the past 20 years, and has groomed a new generation of leaders to build upon the values and collaborative culture of our firm."

In addition to their current brokerage and consulting roles, Feinberg and Sevim will take over the ongoing management responsibilities as Co-Heads of the Chicago office and will be members of the Chicago Region Management Committee. Goodman, Learner and Schuham will continue to focus on regional strategy, and spend more time on client service and business development activities.

"As devoted members of the firm's Chicago office for the past two decades, Joe, Rick and I have considered the optimal strategy and vision that will move the office in the most effective direction for the foreseeable future," says Goodman. "Together, we have decided that it's time to recognize two of our amazing partners that have the client service excellence and leadership talent to manage our dynamic office. We are thrilled to see Robert and Eric take charge and build upon our platform."
