The corporate real estate team, on behalf of Pepsico, has completed a 105,000 sq ft (9,755 sq m) headquarters acquisition at Oxford Properties' Green Park in Reading, the largest office leasing deal in the Thames Valley in 2014.

Pepsico will pay just under £30 per sq ft (£323 per sq m) for the entirety of 450 South Oak Way.

Matthew Purser says: "PepsiCo is a leading employer in Reading. In 2013, after 25 years at Arlington Business Park, the company embarked on a search for a new HQ that would provide the best working environment for it's staff, and reflect Pepsico's status as one of the world's leading consumer brands. Green Park was chosen due to its location, profile  and quality of accommodation available in 450 South Oak Way."

Other occupiers at Green Park include Huawai, Quintiles and Cisco.
