On behalf of Stenprop, Savills has agreed a letting at Anniesland Business Park to Toolstation.

Toolstation has signed a 10-year lease on a unit extending to 5,500 sq ft. The unit occupies a prime position at the entrance to Anniesland Business Park, where the supplier of trade tools, accessories and hardware products will join a strong line up of trade counter operators including Screwfix, Wolseley Parts and Plumb, CEF Electrical, Howdens Joinery, GAP Plant Hire, Ceiling 2 Floor and Ross Electrical.

Ross Sinclair, director in the business space team at Savills Scotland, comments: 'Anniesland sits close to the A82 and A739 and is therefore extremely well located, demonstrated by the quality and number of businesses that choose to locate here. The landlord will undertake works to adapt and enhance the unit for Toolstation, which will take occupation in the summer of this year'.

Simon Ross, senior asset manager for Stenprop, adds: 'We are delighted to welcome Toolstation to Anniesland Business Park. Occupier demand has been very strong and the addition of Toolstation will fortify the Park's standing as the key trade location north west of Glasgow City centre'.

Anniesland Business Park totals approximately 180,000 sq ft and is situated in an affluent suburb of the city centre, close to Anniesland Cross. The estate comprises flexible business space and light industrial accommodation with units now available ranging from 1,000 sq ft to 12,000 sq ft.

Toolstation was advised by Adept Consultancy UK Ltd. Ryden is joint leasing agent at Anniesland Business Park, with Rankeilour Properties being the asset manager.
