Savills UK has appointed Guy Taylor as director of Great Estates who will join in spring 2018.

Guy will lead a newly formed team responsible for advising the Great Estates of London. He joins from Cushman & Wakefield where he was an international partner in the firm's London office leasing team for the last 18 years. In total Guy has over 30 years of experience working in central London primarily advising landlords of offices and larger mixed-use schemes on aspects including development consultancy, placemaking, the sale of buildings and sites, pre-letting, leasing and marketing.

Guy says: 'After 30 years working in the London property market this opportunity presents a new and exciting challenge that's draws on the expertise and contacts I have made.'
