International real estate advisor Savills has bolstered its hotels team with the appointment of Mai Kawashima who joins as an associate director based in the London office.

Mai joins from JLL and has been working in the hotels sector for four years in both London and Tokyo, completing circa €1 billion of transactions. At Savills, Mai will work in a cross border role concentrating on European hotel transactions with a specific focus on Asian investment into the market.
