Sberbank ad Banja Luka, formerly Volksbank ad Banja Luka, is a Bosnia and Herzegovina-based commercial bank. It provides retail banking, corporate banking, broker and other financial services. The Bank's services include savings, credit, current and gyro accounts, payment cards, term deposits, mortgage loans, foreign exchange services, safe deposit boxes, electronic banking services, overdrafts, loans, collateral instruments, international trade transaction and custodian services. As of December 31, 2011 the Bank operated a network of 18 branch offices located in Banja Luka, Kozarska Dubica, Bijelina, Gradiska, Srbac, Prijedor, Istocno Sarajevo, Trebinje, Prnjavor, Brod, Doboj, Gacko, Laktasi, Ljubinje, Trn and Novi Grad. As of December 13, 2012, the Company's major shareholder was Sberbank Europe AG, with a 99.05% stake in the capital.
