Russia Econ Min Forecasts 2012 Capital Outflow at $60 Billion

MOSCOW--Russia could see capital outflow swell to $60 billion this year, Economy Minister Andrei Belousov said Thursday.
The country recorded $52 billion in outflows for the first eight months of the year.
A deputy chairman of the central bank said Wednesday that Russia could see an inflow in September following the central bank's $5 billion sale of a stake in Sberbank (>> Sberbank Rossii OAO).
