SBERBANK OF RUSSIA October 23, 2014, Moscow - Vyacheslav Tsybulnikov has been appointed Vice President - Director of Machine Manufacturing Clients Division of Sberbank.
Vyacheslav Tsybulnikov was born in 1967. He graduated from Russian New University with a degree in Economics and from Financial Academy with a degree in Finance and Credit. He has been working at Sberbank since 2009 and has held the positions of Head of the Krasnopresninsky Branch, Member of the Board - Director of Moscow Bank's Corporate Sales Division, Managing Director at Sberbank CIB.
