24 May 2018, Saint Petersburg - Sberbank's Severo-Zapadny Bank and Rönesans Holding have concluded a strategic cooperation agreement at the 12th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF). The document was signed by First Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of Sberbank Maxim Poletaev and member of the Board of Directors of Rönesans Holding Avni Akvardar.

The agreement defines the further development of strategic cooperation between Sberbank and Rönesans Holding, representing Renaissance Construction Group, in investment banking activity, financial activity, as well as cooperation and exchange of experience between the Holding and Sberbank's Corporate University within the framework of different programmes.

'Rönesans is an old partner of Sberbank,' said Mr Poletaev. 'Today, we have created a platform to strengthen our mutually beneficial cooperation in wide range of banking and investment areas.'

Mr Akvardar noted: 'Rönesans and Sberbank have a long history of efficient cooperation. We appreciate the vast experience and professional competence of Sberbank's team and are sure that the strengthening of our cooperation with the Russia's leading financial institution will contribute to the successful development of our holding in Russia.'
