SBI Holdings, Inc. (hereinafter the "Company") hereby announces the non-consolidated results for the three months ended 30 June 2014 (based on Japan GAAP) of SBI SECURITIES Co., Ltd. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Masato Takamura; hereinafter "SBI SECURITIES"), a consolidated subsidiary of the Company, as indicated below.

The financial results for the three months ended 30 June 2013 presented above are non-consolidated figures.
In the previous fiscal year, SBI SECURITIES disclosed its financial results on a consolidated basis; however, since its sole consolidated company has been split off, SBI SECURITIES discloses its financial results on a non-consolidated basis from the current fiscal year.
Meanwhile the Company is scheduled to announce its consolidated financial results for the three months ended
30 June 2014, on 30 July 2014.
