Emmenbrücke, 26 February 2015 - The Board of Directors of SCHMOLZ + BICKENBACH AG, a global market leader in special steel (such as tool steel, stainless steel, and engineering steel) listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange (SIX: STLN), announces that its Vice Chairman Vladimir V. Kuznetsov will not stand for re-election as a Member of the Board of Directors of SCHMOLZ + BICKENBACH AG at the upcoming ordinary Annual General Meeting on 15 April, 2015. The Board of Directors will inform about the candidacy of a successor in due time.

The Board of Directors would like to thank Vladimir V. Kuznetsov for his dynamic contribution and strategic support during his term as a Member of the Board of Directors of SCHMOLZ + BICKENBACH AG.
