SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC : Rebound on the lower bound
The Schneider share price returns to the lower bound of its range and offers an attractive entry point for a trading strategy.
EPS revisions are stable for several months and valuation ratios show all the attraction of investors to this stock.
Graphically, prices are in a trading range EUR 54.1/57 since early November. The lower bound has been successfully tested several times. A rebound in the direction of 57 EUR is not excluded.
Market participants could take a long position at current price to target EUR 57. A stop loss is set at EUR 53.8.
