PROPOSED FINAL DIVIDEND

ScS is pleased to announce that the recommended final dividend of 9.80p per share as disclosed in the Group's recent preliminary results will, if approved by shareholders, be paid on 27 November 2017 to shareholders on the register as at close of business on 3 November 2017. The ex-dividend date is 2 November 2017.

The Company trades from 98 showrooms across the United Kingdom. The Company operates in both the furniture and flooring markets. The Company provides an in-house two-person home delivery and installation service for its furniture products from each of its nine distribution centers across the United Kingdom. Its flooring offering ranges from carpets and rugs to wood, laminate and luxury vinyl tiling. It offers a range of furniture and flooring online, including Web-exclusive products, which extend its range beyond that available in its showrooms.
