SDC Investimentos : S.A. rectifies notice on the increase of qualifying holdings owned by Investéder - Investimentos, Lda.

SDC INVESTIMENTOS, S.A. RECTIFIES NOTICE ON THE INCREASE OF QUALIFYING HOLDINGS OWNED BY INVESTÉDER - INVESTIMENTOS, LDA.

SDC Investimentos, S.A. hereby informs of having received today a communication from Investéder - Investimentos, Lda., rectifying the notice of January18, 2018, giving notice of the following:

"Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 16 of the Securities Code and Article 2 of Securities Market Commission Regulation n.er 5/2008, Investéder - Investimentos, Lda., with headoffices at Rua Julieta Ferrão, n.er 10 - 2.nd, in Avenidas Novas, Lisbon, registered at the Lisbon Commercial Registry Office under the single registration number and corporate identity number 514 781 167, with the share capital of 5,000.00 Euros ("Investéder"), hereby informs, rectifying the notice of January18, 2018, that it subscribed the capital increase of SDC Investimentos, S.A. ("SDCI"), registered on January, 17 2018, from 160,000,000.00 Euros to 165,940,000.00 Euros with the issue of 220,000,000 new nominative common shares without nominal value, and now holds a qualifying holding of 90,315% of the voting rights in the public company SDCI corresponding to the ownership of 343.197.423 shares.

Investéder also informs that it sold 100.000 shares of SDCI, out of the regulated market (Euronext Lisbon), to Oceanlotus, Lda., company presently owned in 60% by Investéder, 15% by António Manuel Pereira Caldas de Castro Henriques and 15% by Pedro Gonçalo de Sotto Mayor de Andrade Santos, maintaining, thereby, a direct and indirect qualifying holding of 90,315% of the voting rights in SDCI.

Investéder informs that the voting rights mentioned above are attributable to António Manuel Pereira Caldas de Castro Henriques and Pedro Gonçalo de Sotto Mayor of Andrade Santos, with the taxpayer numbers 144 681 056 and 176 141 154, respectively, whilst equity holders of Investéder."
